DELIVERY AND RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY (excerpt from Sales Policy)
SC RUN beauty SRL reserves the right to validate orders before delivery by contacting customers by phone. Only one delivery address is accepted for each order. Delivery is made by fast courier.
The delivery price is 19 RON for the "Delivery by courier - Sameday Courier" method and 12 RON for the "Personal pickup from EasyBox" method (price to which an additional fee can be added if the delivery address is outside the courier's coverage area).
Orders benefit from free shipping if the total number of products (without shipping fee) exceeds the amount of 250 RON. The offer is valid on the territory of Romania.
We are not responsible for shipping restrictions applicable to your destination.
Order processing begins immediately upon receipt of payment confirmation. Shipments are made only on working days, Monday-Friday.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY (excerpt from Sales Policy)
According to Ordinance no. 34/2014, regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, you have the right to return any product within 14 calendar days from its receipt and you can request the return of the amount of money or exchange with another product in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance above. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the notification. Only products that respect the form in which they were delivered are accepted for return.
Products are not accepted for return:
- tested or used;
- unfolded;
- with damaged packaging, scratches;
- without related accessories;
- products purchased from other stores;
If the returned product was accompanied by a gift, the respective gift is also returned. In the case of returning a set or kit, it is necessary to return all the components of the original set. Incomplete sets will not be eligible for refund. If you have purchased several products of the same type and want to return them all, only one of the products can be unsealed, the rest of the products being accepted only if they are sealed (in the case of products sealed by the manufacturer, in order to protect the content).
According to the provision of GEO 34/2014 "the end user is only responsible for the reduction of the value of the products resulting from their manipulation, different from what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. The decrease in the value of the products must not be a disincentive for the end user to exercise his right of withdrawal." As a result, if the consumer returns the product in a state that diminishes its value, the merchant is allowed to deduct part of the amount returned to the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept a return in case of repeated returns made by the customer and in case the returned products do not meet the return conditions provided above.
To return a product, make sure that the product exactly meets the above conditions. The return is made by a fast courier service, and the cost of the transport will be borne by you.
Also, please mention if you want to replace the product or refund the amount of money.
Pack the product appropriately so that it is protected from shocks that may occur during transport and insert a written notification in the package in which you enter the order number, your name and phone number to identify you in the system.
Products that are returned in an altered form due to improper packaging will not be able to benefit from the return guarantee.

In the case of a refund request, indicate by e-mail the IBAN account in RON in which you wish to refund the amount. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the products. The return fee is equal to the shipping fee.
For health reasons, unopened and used cosmetic products that do not represent a quality defect and are not expired, cannot be returned. In accordance with the uniform legislation of the European Union, all cosmetic products have a pictogram stuck on the packaging (a drawing representing an open round box and a number). The number on this icon represents the number of months of the product's shelf life from the moment it was opened. For example, a product with the M24 icon can be used for 24 months from the moment it was opened. In the case of products with a shelf life of more than 36 months, the icon is M36.
Exceptions: The following categories of products cannot be returned unless they are sealed:
- cosmetic products (blushes, eyeshadows, eyebrow pomades, lipsticks, gels, creams, etc.)
- personal care products (for health protection or hygiene reasons: personal care/hygiene products)
- the product no longer has the complete original packaging in which it was delivered
- identification tags are damaged or missing
Return ONLY: In the event that the purchased product has manufacturing defects, it will be replaced with a functional product, provided that SC RUN beauty SRL is notified in writing within 48 hours of receiving the product.
To remember: In cases where the returned products have damaged or incomplete packaging, traces of wear, scratches, bumps, missing accessories, we reserve the right to decide to accept the return or to withhold an amount from the value of the product (VAT value), the amount that will be communicated after assessing the damage caused.
We also reserve the right to refuse to accept the return in case of abuse (repeated returns). Parcels that did not include the return number on the waybill (AWB) will not be accepted. Please check the physical integrity of the parcels when you receive them from the courier in the presence of the courier and ask for a damage report to be drawn up if the parcels show signs of damage. Any subsequent complaint will not be considered.
After checking the returned products, we will inform you if all the return conditions have been met.
