Toate tarifele aferente produselor prezentate pe Site sunt exprimate in RON si includ TVA.<\/p>\n<p>1.4. \u00cen cazul pla\u021bilor online, v\u00e2nz\u0103torul nu va fi responsabil pentru niciun alt cost suplimentar suportat de cump\u0103r\u0103tor, inclusiv comisioane sau speze bancare.<\/p>\n<p>1.5. Produsele sunt prezentate pe Site sub form\u0103 de fotografii digitale. Imaginile produselor prezentate pe Site nu reprezint\u0103 o obliga\u021bie contractuala din partea v\u00e2nz\u0103torului, acestea fiind utilizate exclusiv cu titlu de prezentare.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. DOCUMENTE CONTRACTUALE<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>2.1. Prin plasarea unei comenzi pe Site, utilizatorul transmite o ofert\u0103 pentru un contract de v\u00e2nzare cu noi. Oferta de cump\u0103rare este considerat\u0103 plasat\u0103 dup\u0103 finalizarea comenzii.<\/p>\n<p>2.2. Toate comenzile sunt supuse accept\u0103rii de c\u0103tre RUN beauty \u0219i disponibilit\u0103\u021bii produselor. Produsele plasate \u00een co\u0219ul de cump\u0103r\u0103turi nu se consider\u0103 a fi rezervate \u0219i pot fi achizi\u021bionate de un alt client p\u00e2n\u0103 la finalizarea tranzac\u021biei.<\/p>\n<p>2.3. \u00cen cazuri justificate, RUN beauty\u00a0 \u00ee\u0219i rezerv\u0103 dreptul de modificare a bunurilor comandate (cantitate sau sortimente). \u00cen acest caz, RUN beauty va informa utilizatorul prin mijloacele de comunicare puse la dispozi\u021bie, telefon sau email, \u0219i dac\u0103 este cazul, va returna suma achitat\u0103 de c\u0103tre cump\u0103r\u0103tor.<\/p>\n<p>Ne rezerv\u0103m dreptul de a refuza sau comanda \u00een urm\u0103toarele cazuri (enumerarea nu este limitativ\u0103): produsul nu este \u00een stoc \u0219i \/ sau nu se mai afl\u0103 \u00een produc\u021bie, erori tehnice privind pre\u021burile afi\u0219ate, plat\u0103 neconfirmate sau eventuale restric\u021bii comerciale privind transportul.<\/p>\n<p>2.4. Contractul se considera \u00eencheiat intre RUN beauty , \u00een calitate de v\u00e2nz\u0103tor si utilizator, \u00een calitate de cump\u0103r\u0103tor in momentul primirii de c\u0103tre utilizator, prin intermediul po\u0219tei electronice si\/sau SMS, a notific\u0103rii de expediere a comenzii.<\/p>\n<p>2.5. RUN beauty poate cesiona si\/sau subcontracta o ter\u021ba parte pentru servicii ce \u021bin de onorarea comenzii, nefiind necesar acordul Cump\u0103r\u0103torului. V\u00e2nz\u0103torul va r\u0103m\u00e2ne responsabil fata de cump\u0103r\u0103tor pentru toate obliga\u021biile contractuale asumate prin comand\u0103.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. DISPONIBILITATEA PRODUSELOR<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>3.1. Produsele prezentate pe Site pot fi \u00een stoc, fie disponibile la comand\u0103, acest lucru fiind afi\u0219at \u00een dreptul produsului, la momentul comenzii.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen cazul \u00een care un produs din stoc nu poate fi expediat, ve\u021bi fi notificat prin e-mail sau telefon \u0219i se va proceda fie la rambursarea integral\u0103 a valorii achitate, \u00een cazul anul\u0103rii comenzii, sau la prelungirea termenului de livrare daca exista acordul dvs in acest sens.<\/p>\n<p>3.2. DREPTURI DE PROPRIETATE INTELECTUALA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>4.1. Utilizatorului nu ii este permisa copierea, distribuirea, publicarea, v\u00e2nzarea, transferul c\u0103tre ter\u021be p\u0103r\u021bi, modificarea si\/sau altfel alterarea, utilizarea, includerea oric\u0103rei p\u0103r\u021bi din con\u021binutul Site-ului f\u0103r\u0103 acordul prealabil scris al RUN beauty.<\/p>\n<p>4.3. Pentru condi\u021biile specifice de utilizare a Site-ului, pute\u021bi consulta Termeni \u0219i Condi\u021bii generale.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5. PRE\u021aURILE PRODUSELOR. PLATA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>5.1. Pre\u021burile afi\u0219ate pe Site sunt \u00een RON. Pre\u021burile produselor sunt pre\u021burile indicate pe Site la momentul accept\u0103rii comenzii, cu excep\u021bia cazurilor de erori tehnice. Pre\u021burile includ TVA. Costurile de transport nu sunt incluse si vor fi eviden\u021biate separat. Ne rezerv\u0103m dreptul de a modifica pre\u021bul unui produs \u00een orice moment, f\u0103r\u0103 o notificare prealabil\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>5.2. In cazul unor v\u00e2nz\u0103ri promo\u021bionale, pre\u021burile produselor sunt supuse condi\u021biilor promo\u021biei.<\/p>\n<p>5.3. \u00cen cazul v\u00e2nz\u0103rilor interna\u021bionale, cump\u0103r\u0103torul este responsabil pentru orice taxe vamale \u0219i impozite locale aplicabile.<\/p>\n<p>5.4. \u00cen cazul \u00een care plata se face prin intermediului unui card sau cont bancar care nu este in RON, se va aplica cursul de schimb din ziua \u00een care a fost procesat\u0103 tranzac\u021bia.<\/p>\n<p>5.5. V\u00e2nz\u0103torul va emite c\u0103tre Cump\u0103r\u0103tor o factura pentru produsele livrate, obliga\u021bia cump\u0103r\u0103torului fiind sa furnizeze toate informa\u021biile necesare emiterii facturii conform cu legisla\u021bia in vigoare. Daca in termen de 30 de zile de la data producerii lui, respectivul eveniment nu \u00eenceteaz\u0103 fiecare parte va avea dreptul sa notifice celeilalte p\u00e2r\u021bi \u00eencetarea de plin drept a contractului f\u0103r\u0103 ca vreuna dintre ele sa poat\u0103 pretinde celeilalte alte daune-interese.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>13. LEGEA APLICABILA \u2013 JURISDICTIA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>13.1. Prezentul contract este supus legii romane.
